Requirements:
This person should be organized, highly motivated, and have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous management or leadership experience preferred. Barista experience and weekend availability are required.

Lead Barista | Atl & Sav
Description:
We’re looking for a coffee-focused professional to lead and develop a team of baristas while maintaining top-notch service. The Lead Barista will train new baristas, help continuously develop the team's technical skills, and roll out new coffees, recipes, and drinks with the FOH manager. They will ensure that the shop serves the highest quality product by upholding standardized recipes, workflows, training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
This person should have strong initiative for continuous learning, improvement, and growth. Barista experience and weekend availability are required.
