We set out to make the best dark roast of all time. We wanted a thick, heavy body, intense sweetness, and deep roasty notes that all work in harmony in the cup. We started with the natural Ethiopia Sasaba and added the right amount of time and temperature to our traditional profile, and boom. The best dark roast ever. Darrrk delivers a whole new level of body and richness from anything we have ever roasted. It's excellent in any brew method but shines as immersion brews and espresso. Also, you have to try it with milk y’all - perc-fection!

🔥 BREW LIKE A ROCKSTAR 🔥

  • BREW RATIO

    For a balanced cup, go with a 16:1 water:coffee ratio for drip and 2.5:1 water:coffee for espresso.

  • GRIND SIZE

    For espresso and pour-over, this coffee flows very slowly. Start with a much coarser grind than usual.

  • BREWER

    Lean into the DARRRK’s heavy body and sweetness with an Aeropress brew. Steep it shorter than normal.
